Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the completed video. Your project is officially scheduled once the deposit and signed agreement are received.
What's included in your video packages?

My packages typically include pre-production planning, on-site filming with professional equipment, editing, color grading, royalty-free music, and final delivery in your preferred format. Additional services like drone footage, voiceover, or scripting are available upon request.
How long does it take to receive the final video?

Turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the scope of the project. I also offer rush editing for an additional fee if you need the video faster.
How many revisions do I get?

All packages include up to two rounds of revisions. I want you to be happy with the final product, so I’ll work with you to make necessary adjustments within reason.
Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! I'm available for travel both locally and nationwide. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and duration of the shoot. (Shoots taking place in Grimsby or Cleethorpes will not be charged)
Who owns the rights to the final video?

Once payment is complete, you receive full usage rights to the final edited video. We reserve the right to use portions of the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed at agreement stage.
What do I need to prepare before the shoot?

I’ll guide you through pre-production, but generally I’ll need a clear brief, access to your location(s), a schedule of events, and any branding or visual assets you’d like included in the final product.
What if the weather or other issues delay the shoot?

I’ll monitor conditions closely and remain flexible with rescheduling. If a delay is out of your control (like rain for an outdoor shoot), we’ll work to find a new date at no additional charge.
How do I book your services?

What does a marketing retainer include?

My retainer packages covers a range of services including strategy development, campaign management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, social media, analytics, and regular performance reporting. The specific deliverables are tailored to your business goals and agreed upon in advance.
How does billing work for retainer services?

I operate on a monthly retainer fee model. You'll be invoiced at the start of each month based on the agreed scope of work. This ensures predictable budgeting and consistent service delivery.
Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, I require a minimum 3-month commitment. Marketing results often take time to build momentum, and this period allows us to develop and implement a strategic plan effectively.
Why is there a 3-month cancellation notice?

A 3-month notice gives both parties time to transition, wrap up active campaigns, and ensure a smooth handover if needed. It also allows me to allocate resources efficiently and deliver consistent service through the end of the agreement.
How do I cancel my retainer service?

To cancel, simply notify me in writing (email is fine). The 3-month cancellation period begins upon receipt of your notice. Services and billing will continue during that period as normal.
What happens if I need to pause services temporarily?

I understand that business needs change. While I don’t offer formal pauses during the retainer period, we’re flexible in adjusting service focus or scaling certain efforts to accommodate your current priorities.
Can I upgrade or adjust my retainer package later?

Absolutely! We can reassess your needs and adjust the scope of work or monthly retainer as your business grows or pivots. I aim to remain a long-term strategic partner, not just a vendor.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?

To maintain consistent performance and workflow, unused hours or deliverables typically do not roll over. However, I aim to stay flexible. If there’s a known delay (e.g., awaiting your internal approvals), I'll do my best to accommodate.
What if I need a one-time project instead?

I do offer project-based services depending on availability and scope. Feel free to contact me with your specific needs, and I'll advise whether a project or retainer is a better fit.
