Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the completed video. Your project is officially scheduled once the deposit and signed agreement are received.

My packages typically include pre-production planning, on-site filming with professional equipment, editing, color grading, royalty-free music, and final delivery in your preferred format. Additional services like drone footage, voiceover, or scripting are available upon request.

Turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the scope of the project. I also offer rush editing for an additional fee if you need the video faster.

All packages include up to two rounds of revisions. I want you to be happy with the final product, so I’ll work with you to make necessary adjustments within reason.

Yes! I'm available for travel both locally and nationwide. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and duration of the shoot. (Shoots taking place in Grimsby or Cleethorpes will not be charged)

Once payment is complete, you receive full usage rights to the final edited video. We reserve the right to use portions of the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed at agreement stage.

I’ll guide you through pre-production, but generally I’ll need a clear brief, access to your location(s), a schedule of events, and any branding or visual assets you’d like included in the final product.

I’ll monitor conditions closely and remain flexible with rescheduling. If a delay is out of your control (like rain for an outdoor shoot), we’ll work to find a new date at no additional charge.
